About the RoleWe are seeking an exceptional Backend Engineering Lead to spearhead our architecture evolution, driving scalability and efficiency across our systems.
- Leverage your technical expertise to oversee the development of robust, scalable web applications and frameworks that streamline future projects.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to refine technical requirements and drive project success.
- Influence engineering culture by promoting innovation and high standards in technical execution.
- Mentor senior engineers and champion comprehensive suites of unit, functional, and acceptance tests to ensure software quality.
You will thrive in this role if you possess:
- 8+ years of software development experience, with a strong proficiency in PHP and the Laravel framework.
- Demonstrated leadership in adopting agile methodologies, with a commitment to frequent and confident code deployment.
- Expertise in deconstructing complex problems into manageable solutions, with a track record of strategic problem-solving.
- A proactive approach to advocating for initiatives that enhance engineering technologies and cultivate a progressive engineering culture.
