This role involves working with cloud-based and on-prem LLM APIs, applying prompt engineering techniques, and orchestrating models using modern frameworks like LangChain and LangGraph.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Designing and implementing backend systems that integrate with GenAI technologies.
  • Working with multidisciplinary teams to support complex projects.
  • Applying problem-solving skills and creativity to drive project success.

Required skills and qualifications include:

  • 3+ years of experience in backend software development.
  • Proficiency in Python or Node.js with TypeScript.
  • Experience with relational databases (SQL).
  • Cloud experience with AWS or Azure.
  • Experience with CI/CD pipelines and tools (e.g., GitLab).
  • Strong understanding of REST API design, MVC architecture, and backend development best practices.
  • Familiarity with GenAI APIs (e.g., Bedrock, Azure OpenAI, Vertex AI).
  • Understanding of GenAI concepts: prompting, guardrails, LLMs vs. SLMs, vector embeddings.

Preferred experience includes:

  • Experience in AI projects (e.g., using TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn).
  • Experience with backend frameworks aligned with Python or Node.js (e.g., Flask, FastAPI, Express, NestJS).
  • Knowledge of vector databases (Qdrant, Pinecone, Weaviate, FAISS) for RAG solutions.
  • Familiarity with GenAI orchestration frameworks (LangChain, LangGraph, LlamaIndex).
  • Experience with containerization and API documentation tools (e.g., Docker, OpenAPI).
  • Exposure to full-stack development (e.g., Next.js or frontend integration).
