Acquisition Specialist

Job Description:

We are looking for a skilled Acquisition Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for sourcing and qualifying potential acquisition opportunities that align with our strategic and financial goals.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • 2+ years of experience in M&A sourcing, SaaS business development, enterprise sales, investor relations, or entrepreneurship/start-up
  • Ability to speak multiple languages (highly considered)
  • Exceptional business sense, drive, and ability to work independently in a high-performance environment
  • Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills, with a strong relationship building skillset
  • Proficiency in deal sourcing and cold outreach (cold-calling, email, and other relevant outreach channels)
  • Self-starter with the ability to take ownership and initiative to drive projects to completion, with a high degree of intellectual curiosity, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills
  • Solid understanding of company financial information and analysis of historical performance
  • Advanced time management, attention to detail, organizational, strategic thinking, and analytical skills
  • Adaptable and flexible, able to respond to changing work priorities, pressure, and demands
