Job OverviewThis is an exciting opportunity to work as a Quality and Safety Manager, collaborating with customers globally to support the transition to a de-carbonized economy.

We are looking for someone who understands the full potential of our technology and can deliver high-quality products, services, and solutions that meet customer needs. You will work closely with local units in Brazil, Peru, Colombia, Chile, and Mexico to implement our quality and safety strategy in High Voltage Products.

  • Develop and govern the implementation of our quality and safety vision, strategy, and goals in alignment with business objectives.
  • Deploy and maintain quality and safety management systems, providing policies, regulations, and processes to local businesses under your scope.
  • Establish, implement, maintain, and continuously improve applicable quality management systems, identifying areas for improvement and proposing solutions.
  • Oversee processes in cooperation with process owners to ensure effective and efficient management of processes, measuring with appropriate process metrics.
  • Ensure effective change management processes are established and followed within the organization.
  • Manage and coordinate audit programs and associated actions.

As a Quality and Safety Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction by analyzing customer feedback data, evaluating risks, problems, and solutions from a quality and customer/stakeholder perspective.

You will also be responsible for internal controls, measurement, customer care, non-conformances, and compliance with applicable internal and external standards, procedures, and guidelines.

We are seeking a professional with a bachelor's degree in electrical or mechanical engineering, advanced English and Spanish language skills, experience in business operations and quality processes, certification or experience in problem-solving methodologies, and leadership experience.
