About the Role:

We are seeking an exceptional Senior SDET to spearhead end-to-end testing initiatives, joining our dynamic squad in Brazil. This is a hybrid work position available in São Paulo, offering the perfect blend of autonomy and collaboration.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Design, improve, and maintain test automation frameworks, scripts, and tools to drive efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Debug complex issues through thorough root-cause analysis, mentoring junior SDETs in the process.
  • Lead comprehensive test planning for squad deliverables, ensuring seamless coverage.
  • Own the end-to-end testing lifecycle for assigned stories, automating repetitive tasks to enhance productivity.
  • Collaborate closely with engineers, designers, and QEs to refine acceptance criteria and implementation strategies.
  • Conduct rigorous code reviews, document features, and uphold engineering standards as a testament to quality excellence.

Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience in SDET/test automation roles, boasting advanced expertise in programming languages, test frameworks, performance monitoring, and strong CS fundamentals.
