About the Role

This is a unique opportunity to lead the development and execution of our IT Manufacturing Strategy, with a focus on SAP S/4. You'll be accountable for global and segment technology-enabled manufacturing products and processes, including Digital Manufacturing (SMOM). Your expertise will help us deliver better care for billions of people around the world.

As a Product Owner, you'll be responsible for owning all aspects of the data and technology within Manufacturing for the EM segment. This includes leading the development and execution of the IT Manufacturing Strategy, accountable for global and segment technology-enabled manufacturing products and processes, and owning TCO and value delivered to the segment from manufacturing-enabled capabilities.

You'll also develop SBP and Technology Investment Plans for the EM Segment, including budgeting, forecasting, business case development, business outcome identification, business adoption, and resource planning. Additionally, you'll partner with other business units, regions, and business stakeholders to optimize standardization and sustainability, and act as a disruptive change agent focused on transformation for today and tomorrow.

Key Qualifications and Experiences
  • 10-12 years of demonstrable strategic impact and technology delivery in digital supply chain, manufacturing, finance/GBS, and operations within an innovative and highly agile customer environment
  • Solid experience working in the CPG industry, with specific background in working in the Supply Chain manufacturing domain
  • Exceptional ability to build cross-functional relationships with Senior Leaders and diverse teams, including business stakeholders and internal DTS organization
  • Hands-on experience driving definition and enablement of business capability and technology strategies and roadmaps
  • Demonstrated skills in application delivery, client relationship management, strong sense of urgency in delivering results, business knowledge, intuition, and judgment, high cross-cultural awareness and sensitivity, strong communication/collaboration
  • Proven ability to lead global application delivery in a 24x7 business and secure operating environment
  • At least 3 years of experience leading projects using Agile Methodologies
  • Relevant finance/P&L understanding
