Job Title: Digital Content Amplifier
Job Description:This role focuses on managing off-platform creators and internal producers, as well as institutional operations.
The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of creator profiles on platforms like YouTube and Instagram, and be able to establish effective communication based on the pain points and interests of these creators.
- Develop and manage strategies for engaging with creators and driving content growth.
- Analyze data to inform content decisions and optimize user engagement.
- Cultivate partnerships with external creators and institutions to amplify content reach.
- Design and execute offline events to foster connections between international creators and users.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in the creator industry or relevant local resources are highly valued.
- Able to leverage user operation skills, excellent communication abilities, and sensitivity to content and data.
- Strong logical analysis and cross-functional collaboration skills, with a proven track record of delivering results.
- Fluency in English and Chinese, with proficiency serving as the primary working language.
