Job Description

We are seeking a skilled mechanical engineer to lead our product engineering team. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for designing new products, upgrading existing ones, and developing innovative solutions for bulk material handling equipment.

With a strong background in mechanical engineering and experience working with bulk material handling equipment, you will play a crucial role in driving our global initiatives and ensuring the reliable operation and enhancement of critical mining equipment.

As a seasoned engineer, you will report directly to the Senior Manager of Product Engineering and work closely with internal teams and external stakeholders across various regions.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
  • Over ten years of experience in mechanical engineering, including exposure to bulk material handling equipment in the mining industry.
  • Proficiency in CAD software (AutoCAD, Inventor) and mechanical systems design.
  • Deep understanding of machine design, structural analysis, material selection, and manufacturing processes.
  • Proven experience diagnosing and resolving equipment breakdowns under time constraints.
  • Knowledge of BMH equipment such as Apron Feeders, Belt Feeders, and Rotary Car Dumpers.
  • Strong global collaboration experience and ability to work across cultures and regions.
  • Exceptional problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to overcoming complex engineering challenges.
  • Excellent communication skills in English.
