Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct manual reviews of ecommerce orders to block fraudulent transactions, identify fraud attacks, and support fraud prevention efforts.
  • Review transactions and make accurate, timely decisions to detect fraud.
  • Conduct fraud tagging, labeling, and analysis to strengthen decision management.
  • Analyze patterns and provide insights to improve machine-learning algorithms.
  • Support fraud analysis for customer service tickets and online decision processes.
  • Contact the final customer for validation whenever potential fraud is detected.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years experience as a fraud analyst in the ecommerce industry.
  • Excellent English verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong analytical skills with a focus on identifying patterns and providing insights.
  • Proven ability to quickly review transactions and make informed decisions under pressure.
  • Ability to collaborate across teams and support research with actionable insights.
  • Basic knowledge of SQL.
