Risk Management Specialist

We are seeking a specialist to join our Compliance and Operational Risk Control team.
- Participate in risk assessment and reporting, monitoring and escalating where residual risk exceeds appetite;
- Deliver independent risk assessments and reports;
- Provide business management with controls, tools, training, frameworks, information and insights required for risk management and supervisory responsibilities;
- Prepare proposals for the control, mitigation and remediation of compliance and operational risk issues arising out of operations;
- Prepare concise, objective and accurate reports providing insight into the business's risk profile and include interdisciplinary, holistic and systemic root cause analysis;
As a specialist, you will have experience in financial services industry with focus on compliance, regulatory matters, audit, risk management or governance processes. You will also have good understanding of Brazilian compliance laws, rules, regulations, risks and appropriate controls. Additionally, you will possess influencing business partners on key compliance risks and actions required to mitigate risk, as well as being structured, analytical, holistic, and thorough in your approach with ability to form defensible conclusions from risk assessments.
