**Risk Management Specialist**
We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical professional to monitor, analyze, and prevent fraudulent activities within online transactions and in-game purchases. This role requires strong problem-solving skills and the ability to identify suspicious patterns in large datasets.
Key Responsibilities- Transaction Monitoring: Monitor and analyze payment transactions to detect and prevent fraudulent activity.
- Suspicious Pattern Analysis: Investigate suspicious patterns in in-game purchases, account activities, and player behavior.
- Risk Management Strategies: Implement risk management strategies to minimize chargebacks, fraud losses, and abuse of promotions.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with Customer Support, Finance, and Development teams to resolve fraud-related cases.
The ideal candidate will have prior experience in fraud detection, risk analysis, or payment operations, strong analytical and problem-solving skills, and attention to detail.
Required Skills and Qualifications- Fraud Detection Experience: Prior experience in fraud detection, risk analysis, or payment operations (gaming, fintech, or e-commerce experience is a plus).
- Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent Communication Skills: Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
