Job Description

We're looking for a skilled Senior Business Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience with Kronos and UKG Workforce Management, as well as excellent communication skills.

The successful candidate will be responsible for implementing optimal solutions for customers, providing consultative and technical support, and delivering projects aligned with Kronos implementation methodologies.

  • Driving requirement assessment workshops with senior members of the customer organisation.
  • Designing a solution that best fits the customer requirements while limiting deviations from standard Kronos functionalities.
  • Preparing functional and technical solution design documents.
  • Working with offshore technical teams to build the solution and clarify their queries.
  • Training core users of the customer.
  • Managing customer user acceptance tests.
  • Working with project managers to align with project milestones and ensure timely billing.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Computer Sciences or a related field.
  • Experience with Kronos and UKG Workforce Management is mandatory.
  • English Advanced (B2-C1) language proficiency.
  • Experience in requirement gathering and solution design.
  • Prior experience in supporting functional testing, integration testing, and UAT preferred.
  • Demonstrated track record in delivering quality, on-time technology and business solutions to a diverse customer base.
  • Solid interpersonal skills to interface with co-workers and customers.
  • Ability to manage specific tasks to completion with minimal direction.
  • Ability to collaborate with clients, identify engagement follow-on opportunities, and a strong desire to excel.
