The era of digital transformation is upon us, and organizations are seeking visionary leaders to spearhead this movement. As a Manager for Digital Capability Training & Transformation, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our company.
Your primary objective will be to drive the identification, development, and global rollout of digital and AI capability training. This entails collaborating with cross-functional teams to analyze training needs, designing impactful content, and integrating it into new and existing learning paths.
To succeed in this position, you will need to possess a Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field and extensive experience in a comparable role. Proven experience in digital capability development, learning & development, or change management is essential, particularly in a corporate or global context.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective training programs that cater to diverse learning styles.
- Design and manage training development, ensuring consistency, accessibility, and relevance across regions and roles.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify training needs and develop targeted solutions.
- Monitor and evaluate training effectiveness, making data-driven decisions to optimize training materials and processes.
- Champion digital transformation across the organization by actively supporting and enabling colleagues from diverse functions.
