Real Estate Workplace Specialist

We are seeking an experienced and skilled professional to join our team as a key member of the Central Services/Global Real Estate & Facilities (GRF) team. The successful candidate will play a vital role in developing and implementing first-class workplace and infrastructure solutions throughout Germany.
This is an exciting opportunity for someone who has a strong background in finance, accounting, or business administration, with experience in the field of finance & operation in the German environment. Additionally, knowledge of innovative technology, IT tools such as AI, and excellent analytical skills, conceptual, structured and independent working methods are highly desirable.
Key Responsibilities- Support GRF departments in commercial check of facility invoices and associated close interface with GRF internal departments as well as external suppliers;
- Maintenance of contract management master data of maintenance and service contracts;
- Co-design and support in the definition and implementation of new processes, interfaces, and tools, as well as internal training;
- Support GRF departments in commercial and operational financial processes;
- Interface with other finance units such as controlling, taxes, and the global purchasing organization to ensure SAP requirements;
- Collaborate with and/or drive internal and cross-functional initiatives/projects and specific tasks nationally and internationally;
- Support ad hoc inquiries and provide area-specific reports and analytics.
