Job Description

Our team is responsible for managing a global portfolio of real estate, encompassing over 1.5 million square meters in office space across more than 70 countries worldwide. We provide world-class office solutions and customer services to SAP's business units. As a key enabler for employee efficiency, innovation capability, employer attractiveness, and ultimately SAP's brand value, we strive to deliver exceptional results.

The ideal candidate will be able to maintain real estate lease data and master data on a global level in various tools, support global projects and/or work streams to ensure that project deliverables are met, and provide planned as well as ad-hoc reporting.

S/he will serve as the point of contact on a global level for all colleagues and various stakeholders in own area of responsibility, participate in global work groups to ensure knowledge sharing across regions and relevant functions, maintain and update templates and lists, and prepare internal communication material.
