Job Title: IT Service Manager for LATAM Region

We are seeking a skilled and experienced IT Service Manager to lead our efforts in the LATAM region. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing technical IT support and troubleshooting of existing and new client sites, promoting Radiometers' IT Solutions, and collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Technical IT Support: Provide timely and effective technical IT support and troubleshooting of existing and new client sites within the LATAM region.
  • Promotion of Radiometers' IT Solutions: Promote Radiometers' IT Solutions and new versions/functionality both internally and externally.
  • Collaboration with Cross-Functional Teams: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless delivery of IT services and solutions.

Requirements:

  • Tertiary Qualifications: Tertiary qualifications in IT with relevant healthcare experience.
  • Experience: Must have previous experience working as a liaison between IT and customers, presenting to internal and/or external customers, and executing pre and post-sales activities for Radiometers' IT solutions.
  • Skills: Must demonstrate strong communication skills, ability to work independently, and high level of self-motivation. Experience in Windows Server environments, MSSQL, Active Directory, and MS Report Builder is desirable.
