Role Overview

We're seeking a seasoned Hiring Specialist to support the full recruitment cycle across technology and advisory roles.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Coordinating job postings, applicant tracking, and initial screenings
  • Actively sourcing candidates via LinkedIn Recruiter and Boolean search techniques
  • Scheduling interviews across time zones and maintaining open communication with candidates throughout the process
  • Maintaining accurate data within our HR system and monitoring progress against key performance indicators
  • Developing and presenting recruiting metrics for weekly stakeholder reviews
Essential Qualifications
  • Proficiency in English and Spanish (spoken and written)
  • 1–2 years of experience in recruitment, human resources, or talent acquisition support (internships count)
  • Hands-on experience with LinkedIn sourcing and basic Boolean search methods
Desirable Skills
  • Previous experience in fast-growing companies (startups or scale-ups) or high-growth environments
  • Participation in an applicant tracking system implementation (rollout, workflows, training)
