Key Responsibilities:- Manage the full recruitment cycle, from profile alignment with hiring managers to onboarding new team members;
- Collaborate closely with stakeholders, understanding hiring needs and developing tailored solutions;
- Ensure a positive, transparent, and engaging candidate experience throughout all stages of the selection process;
- Design and implement proactive sourcing strategies focused on technology, infrastructure, and high-performing talent;
- Utilize specialized tools and platforms such as LinkedIn Recruiter to identify and engage exceptional candidates;
- Work collaboratively with international teams, communicating clearly and effectively in advanced English.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Business Administration, or related fields;
- Proven experience in Talent Acquisition, with a track record in technical and leadership role recruitment, preferably in tech companies;
- Proficiency in recruitment and sourcing tools, such as LinkedIn Recruiter, and market mapping;
- Knowledge of HR software and systems;
- Experience with organizational development;
- Advanced level of English for international positions recruitment (mandatory)
