Description:

The ideal candidate will have a bachelor's degree in human resources management or a related field and at least 3 years of experience in talent acquisition. They will be fluent in English and have excellent communication and interpersonal skills. The successful candidate will also have the ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sourcing and recruiting top talent in the field of human resources
  • Developing and implementing effective recruitment strategies
  • Coordinating and conducting interviews with candidates
  • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of all recruitment activities
  • Providing exceptional customer service to internal stakeholders and external candidates
