Job Title: Strategic Talent Acquisition Specialist

Purpose:This role is critical in shaping our organization's future. As a strategic recruiter and talent advisor, you will influence outcomes by sharing best practices and using an employee- and customer-focused approach to understand the needs of hiring managers and drive business results.
Key Responsibilities:- Establish collaborative relationships with business leaders through recommendations and talent insights.
- Represent the company as a trusted professional in the market among the TA community, showcasing technical expertise and maintaining connections.
- Promote agile thinking through fast, adaptive, and iterative recruiting approaches.
- Develop and execute recruiting processes on both internal and external digital platforms.
- Bachelor's degree required.
- At least 2 years of relevant experience within in-house recruiting or agency environments.
- Fluent English and advanced Spanish language skills.
- Excellent interpersonal communication, customer-service, and organization skills.
- Demonstrated business acumen and analytical skills to translate data into actionable insights.
