Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage relationships with media agency partners and coordinate with Amazon's regional, international, and global media teams.
  • Ensure efficient and effective media delivery, governance, and reporting.
  • Collaborate with agency teams to ensure accurate media planning, buying, execution, and reporting processes.
  • Own media budget and spend standardization and consolidation across the LATCANZ region.
  • Provide regular and ad-hoc reporting to regional media teams, highlighting key insights and recommendations.
  • Oversee the adoption and governance of media and ad tech tools across the LATCANZ region.
  • Develop customized solutions to address specific regional requirements or challenges.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as Marketing, Advertising, Business, or a related experience.
  • 7+ years of experience in media operations, preferably in a regional or global role, with strong understanding of media planning, buying, and trafficking processes.
  • Deep understanding of programmatic advertising, digital media platforms, and emerging technologies.
  • Proficient in data analysis and reporting, with the ability to translate insights into actionable recommendations.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work effectively with both internal and external teams.
  • Demonstrated project management and problem-solving skills.
