Skin Health Opportunity

This is an exciting opportunity to drive growth and innovation in the global beauty care market.

  • Develop a regional innovation strategy for Suncare and Dermocosmetics portfolio in Latin America.
  • Lead cross-functional teams to determine groundbreaking ways to build the pipeline, challenge processes and timelines, and find new ways to address pipeline gaps across our skin health portfolio.
  • Partner with Marketing, Capabilities, R&D, Medical Affairs teams and agency to develop clear strategic and executional guidelines to help drive business growth and consistency in Latin America.
  • Foster collaboration between different country clusters across Latin America, showcasing best practices and learnings to drive growth and synergies across the region.

Key Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field required.
  • Written and spoken communication skills in English, Spanish a plus.
  • Minimum 6 years of marketing experience required.
  • Marketing experience in Consumer Packaged Goods required.
  • Ability to work within and lead a cross-functional team required.
  • Strong business analytics, consumer insights development, understanding of core marketing levers, and innovation development experience required.
