In this amazing position as **Dove Senior Brand Manager**, you will have the opportunity to engage in all levels of marketing: from global projects development, regional strategy and local deployment.
**What **y**ou can** expect from **t**he **r**ole**?**
- Responsible for Innovation: design the overall innovation strategy and responsible for the mix development and delivery of innovation projects with the cross-functional teams;
- Nurture relationship with key markets: liaising with Operating companies, understanding business, key drivers, innovation networks, issue management;
- Support local Business assuring consumer preference, market share and P&L results;
- Engage with cross functional global, regional and local teams to guarantee beautiful and relevant projects landed flawlessly and on time.

- Passionate about Beauty
- Passion for skincare, trends, attention to detail;
- Experience working with Latam;
- Advanced English and Spanish proficiency;
- Innovation development experience (product development, business cases management, market deployment) and project-management;
- A proactive, collaborative, resourceful and "can do" attitude with bias for action;
- Have strong strategic and influencing skills, be comfortable working with senior stakeholders;
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and to help teams thrive despite change, ambiguity and complexity.
