Job title: Brand Manager - Brazil Reporting to: Marketing Manager Department: Country Management The Department: The Country Management department is responsible for optimizing development and driving performance to maximize the local market potential of all brands and products.

Purpose of the role: The Brand Manager will report to the Marketing Manager, Brazil, and be responsible for developing and managing the brand strategy and communication plan for Brazil.
This includes creating and implementing innovative brand campaigns to drive awareness, consideration, and engagement/conversion.
Responsibilities: Leading Betway's Brazilian customer-focused multi-channel communications, visual and messaging frameworks, both ATL/offline and digital, across all stages of the funnel (awareness, consideration, conversion).
Developing new local brand campaigns.
Managing a creative designer and growing the Brazilian brand marketing team.
Improving team processes to deliver quality creative output in a high-speed environment.
Evolving and optimizing advertising communications.
Leading creative, media, and activation deals and arbitration.
Participating in briefings, creative brainstorms, and strategy development with internal teams and agency partners.
Collaborating with sponsorship teams and agencies to incorporate sports equity into brand marketing and activations.
Providing brand performance and campaign insights to senior stakeholders, and analyzing brand, media, and business metrics.
Driving marketing analytics and attribution projects to understand the impact of campaigns.
Monitoring and analyzing competitive media and marketing strategies, and achieving campaign and business goals.
Tracking and reporting on brand and marketing KPIs, customer acquisition targets, through multi-media campaigns.
Ensuring legal compliance and brand safety of assets, strategies, and communications.
Managing the brand marketing budget and BCR.
Performing other duties as required to achieve business objectives.
Essential skills: Strategic thinker with a consumer-first focus.
Proven experience managing creative advertising campaigns from concept to execution.
Experience managing a marketing budget focused on ROI and performance.
Strong communication and project management skills.
Ability to influence, negotiate, and manage stakeholders.
Good understanding of the Brazil sports media landscape and a passion for sports.
All behavioral competencies are also essential.
Desirable skills: Experience with performance marketing, conversion, and acquisition strategies.
Experience launching a brand and working with sports sponsorships.
Experience creating social media content (organic or paid).
Design skills and knowledge of design software.
Good copywriting skills and attention to detail.
Experience in sports and/or gambling industry.
Agency side experience.
