Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Financial Strategist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing financial policies, procedures, and systems for effective financial management.
Key Responsibilities
- Financial Planning and Analysis
- Develop and implement financial plans, forecasts, and budgets to support business growth and objectives.
- Conduct financial analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and risks.
- Prepare financial reports and presentations for senior management and stakeholders.
- Financial Operations Management
- Oversee all financial operations, including accounting, treasury, and financial planning.
- Manage financial systems, processes, and procedures to ensure accuracy, efficiency, and compliance.
- Develop and implement financial controls to mitigate risks and ensure financial integrity.
- Leadership and Team Management
- Lead and develop a high-performing finance team to achieve business objectives.
- Provide guidance, coaching, and mentoring to team members to enhance their skills and knowledge.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement, innovation, and excellence within the finance team.
- Stakeholder Management
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders, including senior management, business leaders, and other departments.

Requirements
- Education and Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- Master's degree in Business Administration or related field (desirable).
- Experience and Skills
- Minimum 5 years of experience in financial management, planning, and analysis.
- Proven track record of developing and implementing financial plans, forecasts, and budgets.
- Excellent financial planning, analysis, and reporting skills.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Ability to communicate complex financial information to non-financial stakeholders.
- Proficiency in financial software, including SAP, Excel, and financial modeling tools.
- Personal Qualities
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
