We are seeking a highly skilled Settlement Associate to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth clearing and settlement of balances from our merchant accounts, bank accounts, and agent accounts.
Key Responsibilities
- Clearing and updating balances for merchants and agents
- Verifying balances with merchants and agents
- Responding to queries and concerns from other teams, merchants, and agents
Requirements
- College graduate or equivalent experience
- Background in finance-related roles (fresh graduates welcome)
- Excellent English communication skills
- Fast learner with a positive attitude and proactive approach
- Punctual and willing to work in a 24/7 shifting schedule
