Senior Relationship Manager for Financial Partners

We are seeking a highly skilled relationship manager to develop and manage a strong network of partners in the financial sector.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and maintain an active portfolio of partners, increasing monthly revenue generated from these relationships.
- Design and implement partnership strategies to attract and retain high-value traders.
- Monitor partner performance, ensure adherence to company policies, and deliver performance analysis and recommendations.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Forex/CFD sales (B2B/B2C).
- Strong knowledge of trading principles, including technical and fundamental analysis, risk management, and capital markets.
- Experience using CRM and maintaining comprehensive records of partner interactions.
- Track record of achieving and exceeding targets in a similar role.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and networking skills.
- Fluent in English and Spanish.
- Professional, cooperative, highly organized, and analytical mindset.
