Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Tax Accountant to join our team. As a key member of our finance department, you will be responsible for working with reconciliation of ICMS, IPI, PIS, COFINS, ISS, and PIS tax accounts.

Your primary duties will include receiving invoices for warehouse entries, verifying receipt stamps, and entering them into the computerized system. You will also receive billing invoices, perform verification and adjustments for calculating taxes, and carry out bookkeeping and calculation of ICMS, IPI, ISS, PIS, and COFINS.

In addition to these responsibilities, you will issue DARF reference taxes on services provided calculated in the NF(s) and prepare and deliver declarations, including Gia, Sped Fiscal, Sped Contribuições, DCTF (DCTF Web 01/2019), and EFD Reinf (11/2018). Troubleshooting reference tax matters before the Federal Revenue, São Paulo State Finance Department, and Salto City Hall is also a critical aspect of this role.
