We are seeking a skilled professional to fill the position of Tax Accountant. The ideal candidate will possess expertise in tax reconciliation, bookkeeping, and calculation.
- Receiving invoices for warehouse entries, verifying receipt stamps, and entering them into the computerized system.
- Processing billing invoices, conducting verification and adjustments for calculating taxes.
- Performing bookkeeping and calculation of ICMS, IPI, ISS, PIS, COFINS, IRRF, and CSLL.
- Issuing DARF references for taxes on services provided, calculated in NF(s).
- Preparing and delivering declarations, including Gia, Sped Fiscal, Sped Contribuições, DCTF (DCTF Web 01/2019), and EFD Reinf (11/2018).
Additionally, they will troubleshoot reference tax matters before the Federal Revenue, São Paulo State Finance Department, and Salto City Hall. They will also update ICMS spreadsheets on the purchase of fixed assets (CIAP) and maintain monthly issue records of entries, exits, ICMS, IPI.
RequirementsA degree in Accounting Sciences is preferred, or High School with Accounting Technician certification is acceptable.
Specific knowledge/technical skills required include Tax Analyst, EFD REINF, Tax Management, PIS, and COFINS.
