Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled professional to join our team as a finance specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for managing billing, accounts payable and receivable, and ensuring seamless exchange closing processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Billing: Process and manage all invoices, including SALES, SHIPMENT FOR REPAIR, TRIANGULATION, REPAIR RETURN, IMPORT, EXPORT, INDUSTRIALIZATION, and SERVICE.
- Accounts Payable: Manage accounts payable to suppliers and ensure timely payment.
- Accounts Receivable: Handle accounts receivable from international customers and generate reports in Microsiga.
- Exchange Closing: Perform exchange closing for both payments and receipts, both foreign and domestic.
- Credit Notes/RNC: Grant discounts on corresponding original invoices and negotiate for subsequent invoices if payment has already been made.
Requirements:
We require a Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Economics or related courses. Knowledge of financial activities, billing, reporting, and reconciliations is essential.
