We are seeking a skilled professional to manage our financial operations.
Main Responsibilities:- Issue invoices, returns, and triangulation notes in accordance with company policy.
- Track expenses and enter amounts payable into our accounting system.
- Support accounts payable as needed.
- Update exchange rates based on central bank data.
- Closing: process accounts payable and receivable transactions, generate reports, and provide supporting documents for international payments.
- Returns/RNC: grant discounts on original invoices and negotiate subsequent payments if necessary.
- Corporate card management: receive invoices, forward them to employees, request expense reports, monitor due dates, and provide support when needed.
- Billing: record, transmit, and alter requested invoices according to company guidelines.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Economics or related courses.
- Familiarity with financial activities, billing, reporting, and reconciliations.
