Job Description

As a Finance and Accounting Specialist, you will play a critical role in managing our company's financial activities. Your primary responsibility will be to issue invoices for services, parts, and pumps, as well as return and triangulation notes. You will also track travel expenses and enter amounts payable in Protheus.

Additionally, you will provide support with accounts payable when necessary. You will perform exchange closing for both payments and receipts, both foreign. This involves updating the exchange rate according to data extracted from the central bank and generating accounts payable reports in Microsiga.

You will also quote the exchange rate, request approval, and forward documents to the bank if approved. Furthermore, you will grant discounts on corresponding original invoices, negotiate for subsequent invoices, and pay attention to due dates.

Your responsibilities will include altering, recording, transmitting all requested invoices, including SALES, SHIPMENT FOR REPAIR, TRIANGULATION, REPAIR RETURN, IMPORT, EXPORT, INDUSTRIALIZATION, RETURN, and SERVICE according to policy guidelines.

Essential Responsibilities
