Main Responsibilities
  • We need someone who can define digital product vision, strategy, goals, and roadmaps that align with our business objectives.
  • The ideal candidate will ensure that business & digital initiative strategy and goals are visualized and well understood by all stakeholders.
  • They should maintain an overview of products offered within the product area and guarantee business flow is adequately supported.
  • We require strong leadership skills to manage and lead interactions with stakeholders and end users effectively.
  • Frequent feedback collection on implemented work through measures, analytics, and end-user input is crucial.
  • The user experience must be designed with the user at the center, ensuring the product brings continuous value.
  • Market, technology, product trends, and competitive landscape analysis are key responsibilities.
  • Identifying dependencies, including stable teams and individual contributors, is essential.
  • Resource planning and forecasting in connection to One Rhythm are required.
  • Product planning cycles, including roadmaps, resource needs, and budget, must be driven.
  • Digital products must meet all legal, compliance, and security demands.
  • A release and roll-out plan, including change management and training approach, must be secured.
  • Successes, issues, risks, and potential actions to be escalated should be identified.
  • Cultivating strong collaboration and teamwork is vital.
