About the Position

We are seeking a seasoned Product Designer to lead the design of intuitive and efficient experiences across web and mobile platforms. The ideal candidate will own end-to-end projects from discovery to delivery, simplifying complex workflows and contributing to the design system.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop designs through user research, early concepts, high-fidelity UI, prototyping, and developer-ready assets.
  • Simplify complex workflows into scalable solutions that empower users.
  • Leverage AI tools to accelerate design work and unlock new creative possibilities.
  • Collaborate with PMs and engineers to define product requirements and iterate based on technical input and user feedback.
  • Align cross-functional teams on design goals and priorities.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Design, HCI, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
  • 6+ years of experience designing successful web and mobile products, ideally in B2B SaaS.
  • Deep expertise in user-centered design and systems thinking.
  • Strong collaboration and communication skills.
  • Experience using AI tools to enhance speed, creativity, and insight.
  • Fluency with Figma and modern design workflows.
  • Proficiency in English, both written and verbal.
