Housekeeping Expert

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Guest Environment Expert to join our team at JW Marriott Hotel Sao Paulo. As a key member of our housekeeping team, you will be responsible for maintaining the appearance and cleanliness of the hotel, ensuring a memorable and unique experience for our guests.

• Maintain the cleanliness and organization of guest rooms, public spaces, and hotel facilities
• Deliver exceptional guest service, responding to guest requests and resolving any issues promptly
• Stock and maintain housekeeping carts and supplies
• Participate in ongoing training and development to improve skills and knowledge
• Work collaboratively with other departments to ensure seamless operations

• Physical stamina to perform tasks that require standing, walking, and lifting
• Attention to detail and ability to maintain high standards of cleanliness and organization
