Housekeeping Expert

We are seeking a skilled Housekeeping Expert to join our team at JW Marriott Hotel Sao Paulo. As a key member of our housekeeping team, you will be responsible for maintaining the appearance and cleanliness of our hotel rooms and public spaces.

• Maintain the cleanliness and organization of hotel rooms, including making beds, changing linens, and restocking amenities.
• Ensure the cleanliness and organization of public spaces, including lobbies, hallways, and common areas.
• Restock and maintain housekeeping carts and supplies.
• Deliver exceptional guest service by responding to guest requests and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
• Work collaboratively with other housekeeping team members to ensure seamless service delivery.
