About the Role:
You are a key member of our team, responsible for delivering exceptional customer service to our clients. As a Customer Service Specialist, you will be the first point of contact for customers, providing timely and effective support through various communication channels.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide top-notch customer support via chat, phone, and in-person interactions.
- Assist customers with their queries and concerns related to orders, feedback, and requests.
- Collaborate with drivers on registration and licensing processes, mobile app functionality, and other work-related issues.
- Conduct outdoor promotional activities and affiliate marketing efforts to enhance brand awareness and expand our presence in Primavera do Leste.
- Monitor the system for potential issues and report them to the relevant team to prevent similar problems from occurring in the future.
- Stay connected with customers and offer new services and promotions through regular calls.
Requirements:
- Strong command of the English language is essential.
- Result-oriented team player with excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Proficient in MS Office and Google Workstation.
