We are seeking a highly skilled Creative Strategist to lead the development of ideas, concepts, and creative strategies that drive high performance in paid media campaigns.
This role serves as the bridge between creative and media teams, ensuring that creative assets align with performance goals.
As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing creative concepts, scripts, and hooks for video and display ads with a focus on performance and conversion.
You will write detailed creative briefs for design, copywriting, and video editing teams, collaborate with paid media teams to align creative strategy with campaign targeting and objectives, and monitor and analyze creative performance.
In addition, you will research market trends, consumer behavior, and competitor benchmarks, participate in brainstorming sessions and creative workshops, and propose data-driven optimizations.
We require a candidate with proven experience in creative strategy for paid media campaigns, preferably in the iGaming industry (online casino or online sports betting).
The ideal candidate should have familiarity with advertising platforms like Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, Google Ads, and YouTube, and possess strong analytical skills and understanding of performance metrics.
A Bachelor's degree in Advertising, Marketing, Communications, or related fields is required, along with intermediate to advanced English proficiency.
