The ideal candidate will have proven experience in creative strategy for paid media campaigns, focusing on performance and conversion.
Key responsibilities include developing creative concepts, scripts, and hooks for video and display ads, as well as collaborating with paid media teams to align creative strategy with campaign targeting and objectives.

- Skill Requirements:
- Experience in creative strategy for paid media campaigns
- Experience in the iGaming industry (online casino or online sports betting)
- Familiarity with advertising platforms like Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, Google Ads, and YouTube
- Ability to write scripts and creative concepts focused on conversion and engagement
- Strong analytical skills and understanding of performance metrics
- Degree in Advertising, Marketing, Communications, or related fields
- Intermediate to advanced English proficiency
- Experience with UGC (User Generated Content) and influencer content
- Knowledge of marketing automation tools and A/B testing frameworks
