Overview
We're looking for a full-time Paid Media Manager to own the strategy, execution, and ongoing optimization of paid campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, and other social platforms.
This role is perfect for a performance marketer who combines strategic thinking with hands-on execution and thrives in a results-driven environment. You'll work closely with our Senior Digital Marketing Strategist and creative team to scale paid programs that drive real business growth.

What You'll Do
Plan, launch, and optimize campaigns across Google Search, Shopping, Display, YouTube, and Meta (Facebook & Instagram)
Monitor campaign performance daily and implement real-time optimizations
Write, test, and refine ad copy tailored to platforms and audiences
Maintain budget pacing sheets, optimization logs, and internal reporting trackers
Lead testing initiatives: audience segmentation, bidding, and creative testing
Translate data into clear reports and insights for internal and client use
Collaborate with strategists and creatives to align paid media with overall campaign goals
Stay updated on platform changes and best practices
Leverage AI tools for reporting, analysis, ad ideation, and competitive research
What You Bring
5–8 years of hands-on experience in paid media (agency or in-house)
Proven ability to manage large budgets and deliver measurable results
Advanced skills in Google Ads & Meta Ads Manager
Strong grasp of performance metrics: CPA, ROAS, LTV, CTR, CVR
Excel/Google Sheets proficiency (pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, etc.)
Working knowledge of GA4, Google Tag Manager, and tracking fundamentals
Experience with testing frameworks and data-driven scaling
Strong communicator — able to present insights clearly to stakeholders
Comfortable integrating AI tools into daily workflows
Bonus Points
Experience with LinkedIn, TikTok, Microsoft Ads, etc.
Background in lead gen or multi-location campaigns
Familiarity with Looker Studio, Supermetrics, or similar tools
Experience working with influencers and UGC in paid media
Google Ads and/or Meta Blueprint certifications
