Job Overview:
Our organization seeks a highly analytical Paid Media Strategist to oversee paid media efforts across Latin America.
The ideal candidate will be based in São Paulo, Brazil, with a strong understanding of the Hispanic market and a proven ability to optimize conversion rates and maximize ROI on ad spend.
This role reports to the Senior Marketing Manager and will work in a hybrid model.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute performance-driven campaigns to achieve business objectives across LATAM.
- Manage and allocate budgets efficiently to maximize ROI and achieve key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Leverage insights to expand and optimize campaigns in key Hispanic markets such as Mexico, Colombia, Argentina, and Chile.
- Track, analyze, and report on key metrics to identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
- Oversee campaigns across Google Ads, Meta (Facebook & Instagram), LinkedIn, and other programmatic platforms.
- Run experiments to improve ad performance, including creative testing, audience segmentation, and landing page optimization.
- Collaborate closely with the Marketing, Sales, and Data teams to align paid media efforts with broader business objectives.
Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience managing paid media campaigns, preferably in B2B/SaaS industries.
- Strong knowledge of both Brazilian and Hispanic markets, including cultural and consumer behavior insights.
- Hands-on experience with Google Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), LinkedIn Ads, and programmatic platforms.
- Proven track record of increasing conversion rates and improving ad performance.
- Proficiency in analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Looker, or similar BI platforms.
- Strong project management skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.
