Job Role: Change Management Leader

Job Responsibilities

Guarantee and control all change initiatives of the projects, maximizing adoption and usage by employees and minimizing resistance. Develop, implement and create strategies and change management plans to achieve established goals.

Develop a strategic plan for change support after project launch. Create different types of training materials that support faced changes.

Manage Stakeholders (conduct meetings and change management activities with the group). Understand client main objectives and align team in relation to objectives and establish priorities and direction.

Support in development and management of Communication Plan of projects. Application of metrics for evaluation of project availability and acceptance, as well as readiness for change. Support in Change Impact Management.

Expected Behavioral Profile: Resilience to act in hierarchical and political environments. Ability to participate in formal meetings with high-level leadership. Positive influence on clients, teams, leading by example and strengthening relationships.

Communication and relationship skills. Proactivity and curiosity.

Required Technical Competence: Experience with Impact Mapping and Change Management Report creation. Knowledge of Change Management pillars. Knowledge of Agile methods. Planning and project execution techniques.

Experience with Development of Communication Plan and Capacity Building Plan. Organizational Change Impact Management.

Desejável Technical Competence: Experience in elaboration and conduct of Organizational Change Management Plan. Knowledge of Change Management in Agile projects. Desired knowledge in processes. Experience in implementation of SAP projects.

Formation: Complete Higher Education - ADM, Engineering, Management.

Languages: Intermediate English and Spanish.
