We are seeking a seasoned Change Management Lead to join our LATAM remote team.
About the Role:This position will design and execute training, onboarding, communication strategies, and stakeholder engagement plans.
Your Responsibilities:- Apply organizational change management principles, particularly Prosci and the ADKAR model, to drive successful change initiatives.
- Develop stakeholder engagement strategies and resistance management practices to ensure smooth transitions.
- Lead enterprise communication planning by crafting effective messages and targeting key groups.
- Design and implement training programs that align with business objectives.
- Oversee program lifecycle management and optimize execution.
- Cultivate cultural transformation efforts within enterprises.
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- 10+ Years of experience in Change Management or Business Transformation.
- Proven application of Prosci methodology and ADKAR framework in enterprise settings.
- Solid experience in telecommunications or leading cultural change programs.
- Expertise in planning and executing training for varied stakeholder groups.
- Closely collaborate with Program Managers and cross-functional teams.
- Exceptional interpersonal, facilitation, and communication skills.
- Advanced English Level required for this role as you will work with US clients.
