As a seasoned professional, you will lead our change management and organization efforts in the APAC region.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute effective change management strategies to ensure timely migration and benefits realization across all functions.
  • Collaborate with functional design leads and consultants to design high-performing organizations that drive efficiency metrics and value realization targets.
  • Design comprehensive communications strategies and develop multi-channel initiatives to keep employees informed and engaged.
  • Support stakeholder management, knowledge capture, and talent profiling to drive adoption and productivity gains.
Requirements:
  • 10-12 years of experience in FMCG Sales, Strategy, Transformation, or related fields.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently.
  • A proven track record in organization design and driving large-scale initiatives.
