Chief Change Management Specialist

As a Program Manager, you will lead the development and execution of comprehensive change management strategies for large-scale initiatives. This includes cross-company strategic engagement, leader and manager enablement, talent development, and culture strategy. You will partner across business units, functions, and teams to deliver scalable solutions, improve collaboration, accelerate innovation, reduce bureaucracy, and increase execution velocity.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement data-driven solutions to business problems
- Partner with cross-functional stakeholders at all levels to integrate change management activities into program roadmaps
- Design and deliver training programs and communication materials
- Analyze stakeholders and user needs and develop interventions to ensure smooth transition and adoption
- Monitor and measure the effectiveness of initiatives and adapt as needed
- Advocate the importance of change management and its integration into the organization's culture
