**Roles**:
- Lead the development in partnership with global and delivery of APAC change management and communication activities across all functions that ensures on time migration and benefits realization.
- Additionally, act as Org Design & Effectiveness SME ensuring principled and consistent approach to new organization op models and optimization of existing ones.
**Accountabilities**:
- Partner with functional design leads & consultants to design the GBS and RemainCo organizations in line with PepsiCo OD principles to drive efficiency KPI's and VR targets.
- Support stakeholder management in APAC for Reimagine by driving a robust gap analysis, change impact & risk assessment, onboarding & communications processes that ensure timely updates and support appropriate decision making
- Design the communications strategy and develop and execute multi-communication channel initiatives that provides a compelling case for change and value proposition and keeps employees informed and engaged
- Support knowledge capture and transfer phase to Hyderabad and China Hub across all functions and manage the HC impacts with BU change leads
- Ensure seamless transition of processes by robust hypercare phase (including wiring, ways of working changes)
- Lead ways of working / Bootcamp/ Roadshow workshops for APAC teams to drive adoption
- Ensure functional talent profiling and hiring fit assessment
- Support the agile capability development of the PMO and extended team
- Partner with the China Hub to create HR policies, EVP
- Design and deliver Transformation team's engagement and learning agenda driving both a culture of appreciate and agile principles.

**Qualifications/Requirements**:
**Requirements**:
- 10-12 years experience in FMCG Sales, Strategy, Transformation or related field.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, along with the ability to influence and demonstrate confidence in communications with senior level management
- Strong leadership, organizational and interpersonal skills. Comfortable managing trade-offs and resolving conflict. Experience managing a culturally diverse senior stakeholder group.
- Strong project management skills: track record of overseeing a portfolio of transformation projects, gained in PepsiCo, a similar corporate or as an external consultant.
- Excellent analytical, critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Self-motivated/self-starter with the ability to work independently.
- Chance management experience including comms, HR, and legal processes, IT set up and transition.
- Flexibility in adjusting & reprioritizing to meet changing needs in a fast-paced environment.
- Proven track record in Organization design to drive efficiency, agility and productivity savings.
- Demonstrated Strategic thinking ability in driving large scale initiatives.
