We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Machine Learning Engineer to lead our Gen-AI project team.
The successful candidate will be responsible for effective communication with stakeholders, active participation in pre-sales and discovery phases of projects, and the development of large language models (LLMs) using LangChain, LlamaIndex, Chain of Thoughts, DSP, and agents.
- Proficiency in Python programming, including best practices and applications of LLMs.
- Understanding of natural language processing (NLP) problems such as classification, named entity recognition (NER), summarization, question answering, sentiment analysis, etc.
- Knowledge of Transformers, word, and sentence embeddings.
- Experience with vector search, databases, and performance optimization.
Preferred qualifications include IT services/consulting experience, expertise in prompt engineering, RAG, agentic design patterns, vector search, document understanding, fine-tuning models, multi-modal models, and responsible AI principles.
