Job Title: Document Transaction Director

We are seeking an experienced professional to take charge of and inspire teams in processing document transactions and remittances.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Lead large-scale transactions processing operations, focusing on operational efficiency, process optimization, compliance, risk management, and team leadership.
  • Apply deep knowledge of transaction management principles to interpret customer needs, identify trends, and implement innovative solutions.
  • Use proficiency in artificial intelligence and automation to enhance operational processes, ensuring precision, speed, and regulatory adherence.
  • Communicate strategic goals and updates to stakeholders, including senior executives, partners, and clients.
  • Identify and address issues promptly, raising awareness to stakeholders for resolution while ensuring compliance with policies.
  • Employ coaching and mentoring skills to develop a high-performing, inclusive team.
Mandatory Skills:
  • At least seven years of experience leading complex operations teams, with a proven ability to manage organizational change initiatives.
  • Strong expertise in operational leadership, strategic planning, and building effective relationships across functions.
  • Advanced knowledge of leveraging artificial intelligence, process improvement, and automation technologies.
  • Strategic thinking, data analysis, and fostering a high-performance culture.
  • Excellent coaching and mentoring abilities to support team development.
  • Flexibility to adapt to business needs, including travel and non-traditional hours.
