Job Overview

This role is an entry-level position that supports teams in the origination and structuring of financial transactions with banks and other non-bank financial institutions.

  • The successful candidate will contribute to the financial and risk analysis of potential clients, advising on the viability of projects.
  • They will participate in due diligences, conduct industry research, and negotiate transaction contracts and related legal documents.
  • The Associate will also prepare project-related presentations, reports, spreadsheets, and memos as needed.
About You
  • You hold a Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • You have 2 years of relevant employment experience as a financial analyst/associate or equivalent position at a financial institution or consultancy firm.
  • You are proficient in Spanish and English, spoken and written.
  • Citizenship: You must be a citizen of Argentina or have residency or a legal permit to work in Argentina.
  • Consanguinity: You have no family members (up to the fourth degree of consanguinity and second degree of affinity, including spouse) working at IDB or its affiliates.
