Accounting Associate

This role is ideal for a detail-oriented and organized accounting professional to join our growing offshore team. As an Accounting Associate, you will assist in managing financial records, processing transactions, and supporting accounting functions to ensure smooth financial operations.

The ideal candidate will have strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities. They will be proficient in accounting software and Microsoft Excel, and have experience preparing reconciliations, such as bank statements and prepaid expenses.

Responsibilities:
  • Assist in the preparation of financial statements and reports
  • Process accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions
  • Reconcile key accounts, including bank statements, and ensure accuracy in financial records
  • Support month-end and year-end closing procedures
  • Maintain documentation and records for auditing and compliance purposes
  • Work closely with the team to optimize accounting processes
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
  • Minimum of 2 years of accounting experience
  • Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
